Ordered 15th December still not received January 4th Just keep on getting the same email to wait 15 days. Not satisfied.

I ordered a freezer drawer in December. They told me after I ordered that this was a "special order item" and I had to wait 28 days.
In Jan, I asked for an update and they told me they still hadn't received it and would dispatch to me once they had it but couldn't give a date.
I asked again in Feb but received the same response. I asked again in March and they then told me it would arrive by 31/03. In April, I still didn't have it and asked again for an update. They told me it would arrive by 19/05.
19/05 came along and I still didn't have the drawer. I asked for a refund and they cancelled my order 27/05. I was told my refund would take five working days by cheque (I paid via PayPal so they're forcing me to accept a refund method via different means then how I paid).
20/06 I still have no drawer and no refund! I asked and they've told me the cheque was issued 11/06 (two weeks after my cancellation) to wait another week.
So to summarise, they've taken seven months to not deliever the item I ordered, then tried refunding me via different means then how I paid and haven't processed the refund in an acceptable timeframe. They advertised a product they couldn't source and lied about its availability repeatedly.

Avoid they lie and you have no way of contacting them, will never use again, pay them, they send you a cheap useless item

I ordered a replacement motor for my washing machine, waited 4 weeks, paid an extra two delivery fees (one to a local shipping company to get the item through customs) only to receive a part that bears no resemblance to what I ordered. It's as though I had ordered a vacuum cleaner and they sent me a leaf blower.I found no way to contact eSpares other than by email -- there is no live chat (despite multiple messages telling me to look for it), no one to speak to at the phone number listed on their blog. The email response I recieved told me to return the part "that did not fit" and sent me a shipping label that is supposedly prepaid, but when I brought it to the post office they said that the label is not valid. (Maybe it would work within Europe, but the company should know that I am not in Europe.) I responded to eSpares to explain that I refuse to pay in order to return a part I did not order. No response yet.In short, don't bother with these scam artists.

Website terrible, wasn’t able to alter my order 5 minutes after placing it!!

Ordered an oven knob. It arrived in good time. Totally the wrong one. Had to return it and this time asked for help to find the correct one. I had to give the serial number of the oven to make sure it was the right one. They told me the one to get, I ordered it. It looked good. Put it on the oven. Doesn’t sit flush like the other knobs. It sticks out. I’ve given up looking for another one as I’m moving house and just wanted to make the oven look a bit more presentable.

great for ordering stuff, but good luck trying to return anything, no ability to contact them to return,
